Terms & Conditions

Mancolista.com sells and delivers the items offered online throughout the national territory, including the islands and the European Union

The prices shown are inclusive of VAT.

Mancolista.com reserves the right to accept or decline any orders that will be placed and in any case until the goods are sold out.

The items on sale may be temporarily unavailable, in which case the customers will be notified within a maximum of three days from receipt of the purchase order of any delay in shipment for supplying goods.

In the event that the ordered item is no longer available, we reserve the right to cancel the request received, re-crediting any amounts paid.

Payment must be made no later than 2 working days under penalty of cancellation of the order.

The shipment takes place only after the actual receipt of the payment.

Shipments to Italy will be made by express courier, always traceable or through the Posta1 service (economic shipping).

Shipments within the European Union will always be made by express courier.

The costs include packaging costs.

Receipt of Goods:

We do not ship to an address other than that indicated in the order confirmation phase.

It is important to indicate an address where the package will be easily delivered to avoid long storage times.

Upon delivery of the goods, the customer is required to check:

- that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the waybill;

- that the packaging is intact and not altered even in the closing tapes.

In case of tampering and / or breakages, the customer must immediately contest the shipment and / or delivery by indicating - YOU ACCEPT WITH CONTENT VERIFICATION - on the delivery document received by the courier.

Applicable law:

The sales contract is concluded in Italy and governed by Italian law.

Mancolista.com is in no way connected and attributable to the company Panini S.p.a
