Shipping Information

We ship using Poste Italiane Delivery Standard or other couriers selected based on the destination. For lightweight shipments (up to 60 grams), we use the Posta1 service.

For international shipments to the European Union, we use UPS to ensure faster and more reliable delivery.

Shipping times:

• Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-3 business days after payment is received.
• During holiday periods or the launch of major collections, processing times may experience slight delays.

Delivery:
Delivery times depend on the chosen courier and may experience delays during major holidays or exceptional events.

Shipping areas:
We ship across Italy, including the islands, and to countries within the European Union.
